  • Delivery Terms

    • Free Delivery for orders over R1500.
    • All orders are sent via priority overnight shipping.
    • RETAIL,BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL deliveries only. We are currently looking into how we can deliver to farms, townships, etc... Please bare with us and arrange delivery to a friend/family member's residential address in the meantime.

 

  • Discounts (Applies automatically to cart at checkout):

    • R4000-R9999 Order Value - 15% Discount
    • R10 000+ Order Value - 35% Discount

 

  • Shipping Times: 

    • In-stock items placed before 10am on Sundays will be shipped the next Monday.

    • Out-of-Stock items take 7-14 days to root before we can dispatch. Please plan accordingly for these orders but we will reward your with our thickest clones possible to say thanks for allowing us to plan ahead too.

    • If both in-stock and out-of-stock are ordered, we will send two shipments around 2 weeks apart. **Please request if would like us to send the whole order together in one delivery, once the pre-ordered items have rooted**

 

  • Orders are sent discreetly inside a fully sealed cardboard box with a small light around the clone transporter to keep the plants active during transport. The batteries last around 2-3 days which is longer than the shipping time.

 

  • NO COLLECTIONS. Please keep your bugs away from us :)

 

  • NO RETURNS:

    • Due to the nature of shipping live plants, we will only resupply orders [not refund] but only with very specific conditions that are fair to all our customers.

    • We use trustworthy couriers and will not entertain refunds for missing goods, that are delivered to the provided address on order placement.

 

  • Clone Zone's courier will contact you via the provided cell number on the day of your package arriving. Please ensure someone is at your address to recieve the package. Rescheduling the first delivery attempt is at your own risk and we will not resupply/refund any damaged orders under these conditions.
